Requirements

  • Previous sales experience.
  • A passion for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity.
  • Ability to listen to customers’ needs and provide excellent service.
  • Proactive and conscientious attitude.
  • Willingness to work holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
  • Desire for a career that offers new challenges.
  • Functional bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Advise customers to maximize sales potential.
  • Open and close the store under the supervision of the management team.
  • Provide customers with a warm welcome.
  • Help customers find everything they’re looking for and answer their questions.
  • Explain product quality, materials, and technical features.
  • Suggest other products that customers might like.
  • Be available when customers are in the fitting room.
  • Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
  • Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers.
  • Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor.
  • Ensure the store and backstore are clean and tidy.
  • Be on the lookout for new products to share with customers.
  • Accompany customers to the cash register and process transactions.
  • Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the head office.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
