About The Position
Escapology is the world's fastest growing escape game franchise, with over 80 venues signed and over 75 operating around the world. At our store, we are seeking a Key Holder to join our team and help drive our business forwards. The successful applicant will become an integral part of our team as we develop this exciting new venue. You'll report directly to the General Manager and Assistant Manager of the venue. As a Key Holder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a small team of staff during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include assisting in daily operations, training and supervising staff, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. You will also handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing shifts effectively to optimize productivity and troubleshoot any customer issues that arise. Additionally, you will be involved in the recruitment efforts and participate in staff scheduling, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed at all times. Your role will also involve delivering an excellent and professional customer service experience, maintaining safety standards, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue. This includes leading a staff of 1-5 employees each shift, resolving customer issues, and hosting games. You will be responsible for facilitating the customer service experience by meeting and greeting customers, managing customer check-ins, providing pre-game service, running multiple games at once, and interacting with customers throughout their experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage participants will be essential in creating an immersive experience for our guests.
