About The Position
Boot Barn is seeking a part-time Key Holder to engage with customers, create an exceptional in-store experience, and provide leadership and support to store partners. Key Holders embody Boot Barn's Mission, Vision, and Values while demonstrating selling and service expertise, product knowledge, visual merchandising presentation skills, and strong point-of-sale proficiency. They partner with the leadership team to drive activity to exceed store sales goals, assist with team development, and help with store operational procedures as assigned.
