About The Position

The Key Holder position at Everything But Water is a part-time role focused on creating a customer-centric environment through exceptional service. The Key Holder will work closely with the Store Management team to support business needs, ensure adequate shift coverage, and supervise Sales Associates when necessary. This role emphasizes maintaining brand standards and achieving sales goals while providing a high level of customer engagement.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in retail sales.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective customer engagement skills.
• High level interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; climb a ladder; lift a minimum of 10 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Supervise Sales Associates as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the Company's selling model confidently and knowledgeably.
• Maintain brand standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Understand sales goals and align personal behaviors to meet those goals.
