Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
  • Find out the specific needs of each person that enters the store by using open questions
  • Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management
  • Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
  • Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organised and maintaining proper procedures
  • Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly so as to maximise product sell through
  • Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration
  • Deputise For the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence
  • Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management
