About The Position

Liquor Barn, Party Mart, and DEP'S (BRS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of GoPuff. An operated retail chain of spirits, beer, wine, and party goods in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We offer 23 retail locations across the state, including Louisville, Lexington, Danville, Bowling Green, Elizabethtown, Owensboro, and Northern Kentucky, with a delivery radius reaching 80% of Kentucky residents. As a Front-End Supervisor, you are responsible for managing all front-end store activities so that the store runs as smoothly as possible. Front-End Supervisors handle cash and bookkeeping duties, coordinate with other departments, train new employees, and handle customer service queries. Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Ability to work full-time employment as business requires (nights, weekends and holidays)
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to count cash and make change accurately
  • Desire to continually develop retail sales skills and knowledge of product and services
  • Prior experience in a team environment requiring professional and practical communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive and engaging attitude and demeanor
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Frequently standing and moving in an assigned location safely and efficiently
  • Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Handling objects, products, and equipment safely
  • Bending, kneeling

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in front end scheduling of store associate cashier responsibilities
  • Cash management
  • Provide high levels of customer service, driving sales, handling difficult situations, demonstrating organizational skills, multi-tasking
  • Coaching team members and guidance to improve customer experience
  • Expert knowledge of BRS products to provide customers with recommendations
  • Ensures all pricing, signage, and display information is correct
  • Perform cashier functions and adhere to minor policy while completing customer transactions
  • Maintain store safety standards
  • Front end store cleanliness as well as assist in maintaining standards on the sales floor, stock room, lockers, bathroom, etc.
  • Must pass STAR/ServSafe Training
