Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or GED
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and store technology
Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented
The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous leadership role in retail or customer service, minimum of 1 year.
Strong social and communication skills that make customers feel welcome in our store.
A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Ability to wear western boots while working.
A High school diploma or GED.
Ability to move or handle merchandise throughout the store generally weighing 0-60 pounds.

Responsibilities

Support the management team in daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning
Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming and positive shopping environment
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store policies, products, and operational procedures
Help train, mentor, and motivate new team members to foster a collaborative team environment
Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times
