About The Position

We are looking for a Key Holder who has a passion for customer service to join our sweet team. Our Key Holders represent Hoffman’s Chocolates in the local market by delivering FUN, memorable service, by engaging with our guests and helping them celebrate every day. Motivating our associates to do the same and upholding our commitment to making every bite count.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year of retail experience (preferably within the sweets or confections industry).
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able and willing to operate POS/ register.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Able to independently lift/move up to 25lbs. Able to lift/move up to 50lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, full-service experience to all customers.
• Represent the brand’s core values appropriately at all times.
• Understand Hoffman's culture and demonstrate it to the team.
• Must be able to work alone or with minimum amount of supervision.
• Able to provide guidance to sales associates.
• Able to execute opening and closing store procedures.
• Perform all operational/cash handling procedures accurately according to policies.
• Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization.
• Accountable for food safety protocols for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of store. Ensures a safe guest and working environment.
• Effectively communicate all store needs to the Store Manager or Manager on Duty.
• Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.
