About The Position

As a Key Holder at Psycho Bunny, you will play a crucial role in managing and promoting a sales culture within a retail environment. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed sales, key performance indicators (KPIs), and profitability goals through effective short- and long-term planning and expense control. You will ensure that the customer experience consistently aligns with Psycho Bunny's core values and service standards, fostering a loyal customer base through engagement and conversion strategies. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment, training, and development of high-performing team members. Your expertise in product knowledge will not only enhance your own performance but also empower your team to effectively communicate product benefits to customers. You will manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling to maintain a profitable location while ensuring the highest service levels are met. Additionally, you will analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to drive business decisions. Loss prevention will be a key focus, as you will manage and achieve inventory and shrink goals, overseeing physical inventory processes. You will also be responsible for executing and processing merchandise, managing visual directives, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Covid-19 safety standards. Collaboration with other Psycho Bunny team members will be essential to achieving collective goals and maintaining a positive work environment.
