About The Position

The Retail Keyholder at IT'SUGAR is responsible for delivering a fun and engaging customer experience while managing store operations. This role involves exceptional customer service, sales goal achievement, and supporting store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of experience in a similar retail role.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use a POS/cash register.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
• Ability to independently lift/move up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work alone or with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with requests and inquiries.
• Follow the customer engagement model, SUGARTAINMENT.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean and organized while maintaining store visual standards.
• Operate the POS/register to properly cash out all customers.
• Achieve sales goals by following through on customer requests and suggesting additional products.
• Use selling skills to explain benefits, features, prices, quality, and value of products.
• Maintain store cash handling records.
• Responsible for opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Merchandise displays to visual guidelines.
• Assist in set-up for special events and promotions.
• Understand and communicate Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures with the Store Manager.
• Perform operational responsibilities including sales floor, backroom, and restroom maintenance.
