About The Position
The Key Holder at Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores is responsible for delivering a premium customer experience by inspiring creativity and ensuring that JOANN is a happy place for customers. This role involves driving sales through product knowledge and innovative merchandising, as well as assisting the Store Management team in leading store team members and performing operational duties such as opening/closing the store and ensuring compliance with store policies.
