Requirements

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable using computers to create schedules, maintain records, and assist the Store Manager with clerical and administrative duties that support efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and act as the manager on duty when leadership is unavailable.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in supervising and supporting associates to ensure smooth operations.
• Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures.
• Monitor store presentation, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Support store goals by coaching team members and driving sales performance.
