Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a transformational client experience and build the brand one customer at a time.
• Drive business through sales and meet personal sales goals.
• Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge.
• Understand and communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Follow and maintain all sales and operational policies and procedures.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, and securing the store.
