About The Position
At Belk we have a vision to reimagine the department store. As a Key Holder, you will drive store sales and metrics by supporting the leadership team with store opening and closing coverage. The Key Holder is an hourly associate role with active leadership responsibility. During assigned open or closing shifts you will help drive the in-store experience. Through excellent customer service and friendly interactions with associates you'll help the leadership team quickly and effectively take care of the customer. Most importantly, you will work closely on a team that cares for our customers in an environment where we thrive by winning together.
