We are hiring a Key Accounts Marketing Lead to own and elevate our presence with our most important retail partners. Today, key account marketing is fragmented across multiple people. This role is responsible for bringing focus, structure, and consistency to how we communicate brand plans, support new product launches, and execute customer-specific marketing programs. This is not a purely creative role. It is a highly cross-functional, execution-focused role that requires strong planning, follow-through, and the ability to translate brand strategy into customer-ready programs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Key Accounts Marketing or Trade Marketing role
  • Direct experience working with large retail customers
  • Experience building line review presentations and supporting customer meetings
  • Experience supporting new product launches into retail accounts
  • Experience in planning and executing customer-facing trade shows or events
  • Strong planning, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders without losing detail
  • Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal)
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, executable plans
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator
  • Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work
  • Proactive and accountable — follows through without being chased
  • Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the marketing lead for assigned key retail accounts
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication of brand plans, priorities, and initiatives
  • Following through on customer requests and internal commitments
  • Build and own line review presentations and supporting materials
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, compelling customer narratives
  • Partner with Sales to prepare for and execute customer meetings
  • Coordinate marketing support for new product introductions into key accounts
  • Ensure alignment across marketing, sales, operations, and product teams
  • Delivering customer-ready assets, timelines, and launch plans
  • Adapt brand campaigns into customer-relevant programs and activations
  • Create or coordinate the development of customer-specific assets when needed
  • Strategically managing customer retail media programs to ensure maximum results
  • Prioritize the most impactful channels and opportunities for each account
  • Own planning and execution of customer-specific trade shows and events
  • Coordinate booth strategy, messaging, materials, and logistics
  • Partner with Sales and internal teams to ensure a strong, cohesive presence
  • Ensure events support broader brand and customer objectives
  • Work closely with Sales, Key Account Managers, Brand Marketing, and Operations
  • Ensure commitments are realistic, aligned, and executable
  • Bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives
