The Key Account Manager-MFGF will manage top customer relationships within the geography and will assure the appropriate application and market support. This position acts as the voice of the customer within the Company and will interface heavily with Operations, Finance, Quality, Marketing and SIOP teams to ensure appropriate levels of service and quality as well as the right product portfolio. This role supports the continued growth of existing key accounts but also identifies new opportunities to expand Alkegen's leadership position in the microfiber industry. This role relies heavily on maintaining continuous customer communication to ensure continued growth, new product consideration and financially beneficial agreements.
