About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our Nestlé Value Retailer team, working across our big brands and preferably based in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Senior Customer Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the executional plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the FMCG industry.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making. Must be well-skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills – be able to prioritise workload and meet all deadlines.
  • Natural collaborator, with a positive proactive mindset.
  • Confident, self-starter keen to learn and grow. Demonstrates comfort in presenting and articulating ideas during meetings.
  • Full Australian working rights and applicants may be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing plans in Value Retailers, including managing special buys and activations across multiple categories.
  • Assist in the launching of NPD, Activations, and Price Changes for Value Retailers.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive plans for the year, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand visibility and customer engagement across all channels.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally, understanding their business objectives, anticipating their needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
