About The Position

As a Key Accounts Client Executive, Southwest you will develop and grow major account relationships with named prospect and customer accounts. You will define and get 3DS team (including Value Added Reseller partners) endorsement and customer commitment based on Value Engagement framework to generate substantial growth in incremental revenue over three years. Your role will involve reviewing partner sales and technical resource allocation with Value Added Reseller partner management with a view towards Value Engagement approach and Customer Value Roadmap. You will be a customer advocate and develop trusted advisor status with customers, leading client business reviews to ensure proper execution of sales strategy agreed upon with customers. Additionally, you will provide an accurate forecast on 5 rolling quarters and FY, creating the appropriate pipeline to reach business objectives. You will manage negotiations with the customer by complying with all 3DS engagement processes, government and local regulations, DS policies, and ethical standards. You will also use and fulfill My Client Engagement according to corporate guidance, ensuring that data is up to date. Building and developing trusted relationships at the executive level and within all layers of the client organization will be crucial to ensure sustainable business for 3DS. You will identify and transform leads into opportunities and support partners in negotiations with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years in selling software solutions to large clients.
  • Experience in selling SaaS and cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Experience in sales team management or business consulting function.
