MIT specializes in the R&D, production and marketing of high-precision core components such as compressor, motor, chip, industrial control, thermal, etc. and provides solutions and services for core components in home appliance, automobile, industrial control and 3C industries. As MIT’s automobile division, Welling Auto focuses on three major areas: vehicle thermal management system, electric drive and chassis actuator. Products cover electric compressors, thermal management integrated modules, drive motors, EPS steering motors, electronic oil pumps, electronic water pumps, electronic expansion valves, solenoid valves and other products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
• 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry, with a track record of developing strong relationships at all customer levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Native English speaker required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a business relationship between Welling and OEMs, ensuring a solid business relationship with all key stakeholders within the customers’ engineering, purchasing and production groups.
• Develop insight on market trends, value points, and satisfaction, translating customer input into Welling’s technology road maps, engineering requirements, and/or new productizing efforts.
• Manage and track business wins, supporting internal financial analysis in evaluating various choices.
• Represent Welling professionally to achieve Welling’s business objectives.
• Monitor the competition’s products and services and notify management of benchmarks.
