Develops in-depth knowledge, experience and skills to develop and grow relationships with assigned large regional or national accounts. Cultivates effective working relationships with representatives of key accounts in the Custom Home Segment and utilizes knowledge of customer requirements, products and services to recommend mutually beneficial solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • Six (6) years sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Represents the company to assigned key accounts.
  • Interacts and communicates with the customer on a regular basis to determine changing needs and preferences.
  • Communicates competitive advantage to customer contacts.
  • Develops in-depth understanding of key accounts' specific product and service requirements.
  • Identifies and recommends solutions.
  • Follows up to ensure that product and service requirements are fulfilled on a timely basis.
  • Identifies issues and potential concerns with the relationship and works to rectify.
  • Investigates to resolve customer complaints within established guidelines or escalates to management for resolution.
