How Your Role Makes a Difference As a Key Account Manager, you will: Manage strategy and relationships for key customer accounts Identify customer challenges, pressures, and opportunities Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party advisors to develop tailored solutions Conduct regular account review meetings Maintain accurate and updated CRM records Stay informed on agronomic and business goals, competitive activity, and market trends Provide financing and equipment recommendations that save time, reduce risk, and increase profitability Support dealership personnel and customers to ensure needs are met Work toward achieving sales objectives and guiding trade cycles Your expertise directly influences customer success, dealership performance, and long‑term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of agricultural industry experience
  • Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment
  • Understanding of technology trends and advancements in agriculture
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, agriculture, or equivalent experience
  • Strong business, financial, and logistical management knowledge
  • Knowledge of agronomic practices and trends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • Ability to work flexible hours
