We are seeking a Key Account Manager to own the experience of a top-tier merchant account. You will be the strategic partner for your assigned merchant, helping them grow their brand through operational expertise and guidance on maximizing ShipMonk’s platform and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive merchant satisfaction and enable scalable growth. Who We Are: A merchant-focused team, dedicated to long-term growth and partnership. Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or Client Success; experience managing a single key account is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate operational workflows; formal operations experience is a plus but not required.
  • 1+ year in a management role (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel to facilities or client locations as needed.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and enthusiastic mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Must be based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand your assigned merchant’s business and goals.
  • Partner closely with operations teams to help merchants navigate fulfillment processes and resolve issues effectively.
  • Build and maintain a trusted, long-term relationship as the go-to contact.
  • Provide regular updates on order flows, shipments, support tickets, integrations, and growth recommendations.
  • Collaborate internally to improve merchant support programs and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth by guiding merchants toward additional services.
  • Be involved in day-to-day operations to gain insights into how ShipMonk serves merchants.
