  • Own the full sales cycle—from discovery to close—driving pipeline growth and revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand Concord’s footprint across strategic accounts.
  • Exceed annual revenue targets through effective account management and growth strategies.
  • Leverage upsell opportunities within existing accounts to consistently achieve quota.
  • Deliver exceptional client relationship management for both new and existing accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize Concord’s solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage designated End-User accounts as assigned by sales leadership.
  • Drive adoption of Concord Cloud Fax and Concord Connect (Intelligent Document Processing) across all accounts.
  • Conduct semi-annual internal business reviews and develop strategic account plans.
  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare or consulting services, with a focus on complex solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years in current role with a proven record of consistent quota attainment.
