What You’ll Do As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our key clients—helping them succeed while achieving ambitious sales goals. You’ll combine strategy, communication, and collaboration to deepen relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions that create lasting value.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large industrial or strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in growing key accounts and driving new business.
  • Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong IT literacy and CRM experience.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and a continuous learning attitude.
  • Willingness to travel regularly and adjust to customer schedules.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism in every aspect of your work.

  • Welding industry knowledge or experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key accounts through trust, transparency, and proactive engagement.
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop account strategies in collaboration with the Leader of Key Account Management.
  • Partner with Fronius International teams to align technical, operational, and commercial efforts that drive results.
  • Support national and global contract negotiations and ensure alignment with pricing and commercial frameworks.
  • Guide technical product developments and project coordination between Fronius USA and international teams.
  • Lead the rollout of National Key Account plans using CRM and data-driven insights to meet and exceed targets.
  • Monitor account performance and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges and capture new business.
  • Represent Fronius at key customer events, delivering presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that inspire confidence and excitement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Fronius—ensuring their needs are understood, met, and exceeded.
