The Key Account Manager is responsible for the retention, strategic development, and profitable growth of a nationally significant customer whose business spans multiple U.S. branches and interfaces with Yusen Logistics’ global network. This role serves as the primary owner of the customer relationship within the United States, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive Account Development Plan (ADP) while ensuring consistent strategy, execution, and customer experience across all participating branches.
