POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and experienced Key Inside Sales Manager to lead strategic inside sales initiatives while directly managing and growing a portfolio of high-value accounts. This role blends hands-on account management, partner development, and revenue leadership, with responsibility for key dealer networks, strategic carrier relationships, OEM partnerships, and a defined territory in Canada.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing dealer networks, carriers, or OEM relationships
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Executive-level communication capability
  • High accountability and proactive leadership style

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, RV, or wireless industries
  • Track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including domestic and occasional international travel (Canada)

Responsibilities

  • Growing and managing strategic dealer accounts
  • Working with Verizon and other national wireless carriers
  • Managing RV OEM relationships
  • Supporting automotive OEM programs including Toyota and Jeep/Mopar
  • Managing a defined Canadian territory
  • Driving new business development
  • Managing forecasts, pipeline, and CRM accuracy
  • Partnering cross-functionally
  • Attending trade shows and partner events
