The Key Account Manager I position is responsible for managing relations and providing technical guidance to, consultation, and interpretation to industrial, commercial, school districts, defense, and public-sector customers (annual revenues of $200k to $10M) across a wide range of topics including engineering, regulatory, rates, billing, power quality, and account services. This position supports the customer by assisting customers with technical and regulatory opportunities, such as business growth, expansion real-time operations, generation of new service contracts, and manages communication related to billing power and gas supply The Account Manager ensures all services are provided in accordance with company rules, regulations, policies, and goals, while maintaining/enhancing relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position also, serves as the company representative on economic development projects and assists community economic development partners to best position new or expanding company locations within LG&E and KU Energy's service territory. Positon could be located in Louisville or Lexington, KY.
