The Key Account Manager (Sales & Business Development) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic customers across Industrial and Aerospace & Defense (A&D) markets. This role balances disciplined account stewardship with proactive business development, driving run-rate revenue while identifying new growth and synergy opportunities across the IDEX–Mott platform. Success in this role requires strong commercial judgment, technical aptitude, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer satisfaction and sustainable growth. Reporting Relationship: Reports to Senior Director of Sales & Business Development, Industrial & A&D Business Units Segment Focus: Industrial / ATA Accounts Own and execute run-rate business performance Drive new growth and identify whitespace opportunities Actively pursue IDEX–Mott synergy opportunities Aerospace & Defense Accounts Own and execute run-rate business Identify and develop business development opportunities Ensure customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and revenue stability across existing programs
