Requirements

5+ years of leadership, HR, staffing, or account management experience in a manufacturing environment
Be skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management
Have strong communication skills and the ability to lead conversations at all levels
Understand employment laws and HR best practices
Be comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and learning new technology

Responsibilities

Oversee the onsite management program and lead a high-performing team
Act as the primary liaison between the recruiting team, onsite team, and senior leadership
Analyze turnover data, spot trends, and develop retention strategies
Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance hiring, onboarding, and teammate engagement
Lead process improvements, manage projects, and provide data-driven recommendations
