Under the lead of the (S)VP Sales, the Key Account Manager manages the relationship with Key Accounts from a business perspective. You will execute the strategy for growth within the identified key accounts to retain top clients and nurture those relationships over time. You are responsible for the sales and business planning to meet and exceed your targets and objectives. You will focus on building business plans and coordinating with internal stakeholders to grow our solutions footprint within the given clients' facilities. You will build strategic plans and must juggle many moving parts. The Key Account role is about developing relationships using a systematic approach. By truly understanding their strategy, identifying key decision-makers, and mapping organizational structure, you can align EVS' solutions roadmaps and go-to-market with the target to identify ways to maximize value for both parties and work on strategic synergies, enabling further Sales. With an emphasis on technical selling, you will deal with a full portfolio of products and solutions that cover all Broadcast and Media Opportunities. It is critical to have a strong motivation for the client, team, and personal success that prioritizes long-term relationships over short-term transactions.
