About The Position

The Reckitt Core Health Team has the purpose to "provide superior solutions, driving better patient outcomes" through our key brands in OTC/consumables (Mucinex, Delsym, and Airborne to name a few). As category leaders, our team will be critically focused on generating collective wins with Walmart through strategic partnership. We will embrace the founder mindset to drive accelerated growth by leveraging data-led solutions. The Key Account Manager for Health Upper Respiratory/Vitamins, Minerals, & Supplements on Walmart will be a crucial member of this team with a global CPG company. Playing a key leadership role on the Sales team, you will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plans by overseeing all aspects of best-in-class 4P execution in market. Requirements

  • Excellent competitive market and financial acumen
  • 4 year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience
  • 5-7 years related sales experience (preferred to have recent experience directly calling on Walmart)
  • Understanding of Luminate and experience leveraging to influence category growth solutions
  • Strong knowledge of sales function processes and cross-functional exposure to other Reckitt business operations
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen
  • Strong knowledge of syndicated data and customer management process, as well as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage customer relationship with buyers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring mutual (Walmart and Reckitt) business objectives are achieved
  • Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets for the national account (ex: Net Revenue, Company Operating Profit, Net Working Capital and trade spend)
  • Work in close partnership with brand marketing to ensure development and implementation of customer category strategy and best-in-class 4P execution
  • Partner with Demand Planning to ensure customer service levels are met / exceeded
  • Work with Category Development Managers to develop plans to drive category / trade business plans; work with field sales to manage customer as key stakeholder
  • Manage customer negotiations in relation to Reckitt commercial strategy and customer's trading terms
  • Overall Continuous Improvement - identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of categories
  • Develop and lead advanced customer engagement strategy including joint business planning, innovation and day to day business
