About The Position

This role involves direct interaction with clients, focusing on analyzing business performance and designing/implementing tailored programs to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding service, develop long-term client relationships, and drive high levels of customer satisfaction, leading to contract renewals and extensions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in account management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, analyze and present sophisticated business reviews to clients
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills coupled with a strong customer service
  • Proven long-term relationship building experience
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
