The company's dynamic and energetic service organization is committed to providing advanced power electronics and control systems in the US. This position offers the opportunity to be an ambassador for KK Wind Solutions, driving the expansion and positioning the company as a key player in the market. The Key Account Manager, Service will play a vital role in expanding KK Wind Solutions' presence in the US market. This role involves driving the full sales process from business development to deal closure, managing and nurturing key client relationships, and aligning solutions with customer needs. The Key Account Manager will influence decision-making and promote KK Wind Solutions' portfolio through clear, persuasive communication and strategic problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Proven successful track record in B2B Account Management involving technically complex solutions and services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or technical degree preferred.
  • Experience in the wind industry is desired but will consider experience in other renewables, power/utilities, or the oil and gas industry.
  • Service/parts and/or project sales experience is required.
  • Electrical engineering experience would be an advantage.
  • Hands-on and fully committed to managing sales processes and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Desire to be a part of an ambitious culture with a strong team spirit and drive.

Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with key influencers and decision makers, building strong long-term client relationships that drive revenue growth.
  • Provide proactive account management and data-driven decision-making to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Manage the entire sales process including pipeline management, presentations, sales budgets, forecasting, negotiations, contract execution, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and executive leadership to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences and other relevant marketing events.
