Resideo is looking for a dynamic and flexible Key Account Manager OEM Heating - DACH (m/f/d) to strengthen our market presence across and drive profitable revenue growth with key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers in the heating and energy systems market across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland . While the role offers flexibility, it is best suited for candidates located in North-West Germany or nearby regions. This role owns full commercial responsibility for assigned OEM accounts, including revenue, gross margin, pricing strategy, and long‑term business development , while positioning the company as a strategic partner in the transition toward electrification, digitalization, and sustainable heating solutions . The role combines strategic key account management , technical solution selling, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, share growth, and margin expansion.
