As an Key Account Manager – MSP at NinjaOne, you will play a critical role in fostering long-term partnerships with our largest and most strategic Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for key MSP clients, ensuring they maximize the value of NinjaOne’s solutions to drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence for their end customers. Your deep understanding of the MSP business model will enable you to act as a trusted advisor, helping partners scale their operations, optimize IT service delivery, and uncover new revenue opportunities. You’ll identify cross-sell and up-sell potential, drive product adoption, and help our partners expand their service offerings with NinjaOne’s suite of IT management solutions. This role requires a strong background in MSP account management, IT solutions selling, and customer success , with a proven track record of managing high-value, partner-driven accounts. Location: Hybrid in-office (Tampa, FL or Austin, TX) – 4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri)
