The Key Account Manager Industry at EGGER Group is a pivotal role dedicated to establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers. This position is guided by a commitment to excellence, focusing on understanding and exceeding client needs while promoting the complete EGGER industrial portfolio. The Key Account Manager will drive growth and foster innovation, ensuring that clients receive unparalleled value from EGGER's offerings. The mission of this role is to act as trusted advisors and strategic allies, propelling both clients and the organization to new heights of success within the industry sector. In this role, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for introducing EGGER to prospective OEM customers and developing new business opportunities. This includes promoting Thermally Fused Laminate (TFL) products in the market and educating OEM customers about the full range of EGGER products. Building long-lasting relationships with major and medium OEM accounts is essential, as is collaborating closely with team members across the organization. The Key Account Manager will present the complete EGGER product range, including updates to the design collection, and will set and achieve sales targets while providing a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires frequent and regular customer visits across the U.S. and Canada, necessitating a willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for customer meetings and trade shows. The Key Account Manager will also be expected to attend and/or exhibit at customer trade shows or similar events, as well as participate in EGGER Tradeshows. Other duties may be assigned as needed, making adaptability and a proactive approach essential for success in this role.
