About The Position

Plan and coordinate sales programs for maximum sales volume and profitability at a National enterprise level, focusing on the equipment rental company and suppliers’ market for all Cattron product lines. Interact with established customers with the goal of increasing sales revenue.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Windows applications.
  • Proven sales performance record.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be fluent in English; other languages preferred depending on assigned area.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Valid passport.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Travel up to 60%
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, equipment rental market background preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day coordination of business issues relating to the customers.
  • Communicate with all internal departments related to fulfilling customer requirements to support existing business and close on new business opportunities.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline through CRM website, including revenue scheduling.
  • Promote Cattron products to Key Accounts.
  • Manage direct customer relationships to grow revenue.
  • Coordinate activities with customer service teams to maximize our ability to close on new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files on all accounts, including sales, data, quote records, and customer contacts.
  • Work with Cattron engineers and product management to develop custom products for specific customer needs.
  • Attend sales meetings and conferences.
  • Travel as needed for communication and interaction with customers.
  • Provide updated marketing and sales forecasts.
