The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for driving sales of FM products at Menards, Co-ops (Ace Hardware, True Value, Do it Best) by developing and maintaining the right product mix, communicating effectively with Buying teams and working closely with FM Product, Marketing and Operations teams. Reporting to the Director of Key Accounts, the Key Account Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the annual Business Plan, including sales growth targets, margin performance, and new product placement.
