Purpose and Mission Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with the company’s most important customers including understanding the customer’s business deeply, aligning with their long-term goals, upselling, and working collaboratively to drive long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Experience with strategic account planning and management
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and trends
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  • Account Planning: Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Customer Solutions: Identify customer requirements and work with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and expanding the customer portfolio.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key customers promptly and effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to customer management.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to customers and internal teams.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
