About the position
The Key Account Manager eCommerce at BIC Corporation is responsible for managing and growing the Rocketbook brand on Amazon. This role focuses on achieving sales forecast objectives, maximizing brand equity, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and business planning. The position requires a strategic approach to business development, relationship management, and continuous improvement to drive sales and profit goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage advertising and promotional funds to meet or exceed sales forecasts while adhering to budget guidelines.
- Act as the key point of contact with Amazon's key personnel and department managers to strengthen business relationships.
- Develop joint business plans with Amazon that align with long-term goals and strategies.
- Communicate customer needs across Rocketbook and BIC organizations, leading internal and external teams to meet those needs.
- Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance the Rocketbook Amazon business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of retail eCommerce experience with large retailer .com businesses (e.g., Amazon, Target, Walmart).
- 3-5 years managing Amazon 1P and/or 3P business.
- 3 years in a Key Account Management role.
- Experience building relationships with Amazon key contacts, such as Vendor Manager and AVS.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon platforms, advertising tools, and best practices.
