The KAM, based in North America, coordinates all communication and oversees all short term projects and long term strategic priorities for the account(s). There is an opportunity for global responsibility. The KAM is responsible for managing an existing base & developing new business. This includes gathering business information, developing commercial tactical plans, and executing these plans in order to generate expanded growth for the company.
