The Bilingual Key Account Manager plays an integral role in our sales organization by developing relationships with important customers in order to grow new business within these accounts. This position involves managing a book of business consisting of existing SiteOne accounts, typically ranging from 40 to 60 accounts with a minimum total of $3 million. The role requires aggressively seeking out new business with current accounts, focusing on expanding margin dollars in existing lines of business or expanding SiteOne's presence in new lines of business. The Key Account Manager will develop deep and lasting relationships with key account personnel, ensure customers are aware of and fully utilizing all of SiteOne’s capabilities, and grow a minimum of $100k GM$ year over year. The position also involves using SiteOne Territory Alignment tools to prioritize and target key accounts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with all relevant SiteOne resources.
