About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead and grow our aftermarket business across the Nordic market. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales development, negotiation, and account management. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving business growth and building long-term partnerships with key customers. The Key Account Manager will work to expand our business, developing and creating new business opportunities with new and existing customers. The Key Account Manager will work as a business enabler and business developer owning our aftermarket products. The position is part of our Peace of Mind department, reporting to the Nordic Commercial Manager. In this role, you will take ownership of developing and executing aftermarket sales strategies to meet ambitious revenue and profitability goals across the region. You will lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders, securing long-term agreements that deliver mutual value. By leveraging market intelligence and a deep understanding of customer needs, you will proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, driving impactful actions both internally and externally. Collaboration is key—you will work closely with marketing, operations, finance, supply chain and our own production site to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in key account management, sales, or business development within aftermarket or related industry.
  • Proven ability as a negotiator, with experience in complex deals.
  • Strong business development skills with a pragmatic and structured approach to drive growth.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience or strong interest in product development and aligning customer needs with product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth in spare parts, accessories, and service solutions.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide input and feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market trends.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies proactively.
  • Report and forecast sales performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
