Management of the Account Management and Service Consultant staff for the UnitedHealth Care Key Accounts within Employer & Individual responsible for customer retention and NBEA (National Business Education Association) sales in the 100 to 5,000+ employee range. Responsible for the overall sale of NBEA business and the retention of existing accounts. This position will be hybrid in the St. Louis, Missouri office on average 3 days per week.

  • 7+ years of experience using data analysis to drive change
  • 5+ years proficiency in Microsoft suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Maintain driver's license and access to reliable transportation
  • Willing and able to travel 25% depending on business need
  • Reside within commutable distance to St. Louis, Missouri
