We proudly serve a diverse range of customers, including institutions, markets, restaurants, and other food service partners who rely on us for exceptional products and dependable service. The Key Account Associate is responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational management of strategic client accounts. You will support the Key Account Manager in executing growth strategies, maintaining high service standards, and acting as a secondary point of contact for client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing, sales support, or administrative role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for pivot tables) and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for building trust with high-level stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Account Support: Manage routine account maintenance, including order processing, contract documentation, and tracking deliverables to ensure they meet client quality standards.
  • Client Communication: Act as a responsive primary point of contact for daily client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and escalating complex problems to the KAM when necessary.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and account metrics. Use tools like Excel or Power BI to generate actionable reports on account performance and revenue trends for stakeholders.
  • Strategic Assistance: Support the development and implementation of strategic account plans, including conducting market research to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Internal Coordination: Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and logistics departments to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with client objectives.
  • Meeting Management: Organize and facilitate client meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and presentations.
