As a Payroll Specialist at KERING, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in both the US and Canada, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will handle off-cycle payments, pay adjustments, clothing allowances, tuition reimbursements, garnishments, and final payments. Additionally, you will address payroll-related inquiries from employees and the Brands, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including tax and labor laws. Your role will also involve collaborating with HR Business partners, managing payroll calendars, and continuously improving payroll processing systems.
