About The Position

Kering Eyewear is the one and only Luxury Eyewear company, part of the Kering Group, a global Luxury group that develops a series of renowned Houses in Fashion, Leather Goods and Jewelry. Founded in 2014, Kering Eyewear designs, develops and distributes eyewear for a complete and well-balanced portfolio of 13 brands, including LINDBERG and Maui Jim, as well as Houses brands like Gucci, Cartier, and Saint Laurent. We are currently seeking a Brand Ambassador in Missouri/Iowa who will report to the Midwest District Director as part of our Core US Sales team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers.
• Strong relationships with customers built on service and trust.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
• University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, consumer goods environments.
• Available to travel up to 80% of time to visit clients.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Ideally based out of Missouri/Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Net Sales Targets by brand in the assigned territory - Opticians, Optometrists and Ophthalmologists (3Os).
• Build the appropriate and qualitative door distribution, ensuring each brand is preserving its DNA.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, built on a long term partnership aimed at maximizing the sell through.
• Build a balanced brand sales portfolio.
• Present and maximize the sell in of Optical frames and Sunglasses.
• Work with the customers to maximize the sell-through through visibility projects and trade marketing activations.
• Provide in store training to maximize sales.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting.
• Synergize with the other sales Divisions of Kering Eyewear to achieve a balanced brand sales portfolio.
