About The Position

The Kentucky Truck Plant Product Development PVT Leader at Ford Motor Company is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to achieve quality targets for flagship products like the Lincoln Navigator and Ford Expedition. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• 7-10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and databases.
• Experience in Early Concern Binning, Product Development, and Warranty Data.
• Ability to manage multiple sources of information and communicate effectively with teams.
• Understanding of vehicle architectures and components.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Interpersonal skills and familiarity with program management.

• Experience in designing and releasing components.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cross-functional teams to meet Ford quality targets.
• Provide product development launch leadership for various vehicle launches.
• Resolve production internal issues affecting quality or design.
• Manage PVT resources for continuous improvement in quality and budget.
• Communicate updates at management meetings regarding quality and production issues.
• Analyze warranty data and cascade findings to relevant teams.
• Develop management reports integrating multiple quality data sources.
• Directly communicate vehicle quality analysis to management for reporting purposes.
• Manage BSAQ projects and RD Map to achieve business objectives.
• Utilize structured problem-solving methodologies to address customer issues.
