About The Position

Provide Guests with friendly service and a positive attitude while writing and paying Keno tickets. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures. Open and close assigned shifts when necessary. Enforce rules and regulations of the Keno department. Train newly hired and current Team Members. Prepare Keno shift reports and prepare cash turn in. Review and authorize payouts. Write Keno tickets and make payouts on winning tickets.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guest, Team Members and Management.
• Must have basic math and cash handling skills.
• Have a basic understanding of the different pay rates and cost of tickets.
• Must have previous Keno experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming work card for the jurisdiction in which the property is located.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.
