About The Position
As a Keno Shift Supervisor, you will supervise the daily keno operations and direct the staff in their duties.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily keno operation.
- Schedule staff and train staff in keno operations.
- Handle any customer issues
- As needed, operate the Keno booth collecting Keno tickets and money from customers in exchange for a valid printed Keno ticket in an accurate and timely manner.
- As needed, run tickets to certain restaurants within the casino, collecting Keno tickets and returning with valid printed Keno tickets with the proper changes and or winnings.
- Make suggestions for improvements and work with the marketing department on promotions.
